How do i book an appointment?
Send us an email or message with pictures or short descriptions of the items you would like to sell, please include the brands. We can than arrange a day for you to bring in your items!
On the website we have a section called ‘SELL’ with more information.
What quality do my clothes need to be in?
Clothes, shoes & accessories need to be clean and in good/ like new condition, Please bring your items in a bag or on hangers you are able to leave behind.

What brands do you take?
Designer:
All designer items will be considered however please note that we do not accept counterfeit items and proof of purchase may be required.
High Street & High End:
Zara, Topshop, Seasalt, Joules, Levis, Vans, Converse, Mango, Dune, Kurt Geiger, White Stuff, Fatface, Boden, ASOS, French Connection, John Lewis, Jack Wills, Miss Selfridge, Next, River Island, Warehouse, Jaeger, Karen Millen, Ted Baker, Radley, Jigsaw, Carvela, Nine West, Fairfax & Favour, L K Bennett, All Saints, Whistles, & Other Stories, Barbour, Calvin Klein, Carhartt, Hobbs, Mint Velvet, Oasis, Oliver Bonas, Tommy Hilfiger, Urban Outfitters, Nike, Hush, Adidas, Vintage
If you have items of clothing which are brand new with tags but are not listed here please email us as we may be able to consider them subject to space.
What do you not take?
Although we do accept vintage items we do not take in three or two piece skirt suit from brand such as Jacques Vert.
We do not accept used swimwear or sportswear unless new.
We do not accept underwear.
We do not take Primark & supermarket brands
Who decides the prices items go out for?
We price everything up based on what we have sold similar items for and what they are selling for online at the time to make sure our prices are fair.
Why should I shop with you over high street stores?
We get everything from highstreet clothes & accessories to designer pieces.
By shopping with us you are helping to put a stop against fast fashion and get items you like from brands you love for a fraction of the price!

What percentage do you take?
We work on a 50:50 basis.
How long do you keep them for/ When do I know to collect unsold items?
We keep items for around 8-10 weeks, when you come in we give you a receipt with a dedicated week for you to come in and collect your items, if they are not collected within this week they will be donated to charity.
How are we sustainable?
Since we started in 2020 we have had over 1,000 customers bring us in items of clothing which could have ended up in landfill. Every item of clothing whether new or preloved has come from someone's wardrobe and is ready for a new loving home.
What are your prices like?
We have items out for as little as £4!
We sell a mixture of clothing, accessories, shoes and gifts from Zara to Mulberry
What’s the difference between the Diss & Bury store & where are they?
We take items in our Diss store not Bury
Diss store is above Corals, 15a Mere Street, Diss, IP22 4AD
In Diss we have a range of highstreet and designer womenswear items and gifts.
Bury store is upstairs in Luna House, 2 Buttermarket, Bury St Edmunds, IP33 1DB
In Bury you will find our vintage & one off pieces as well as highstreet items. We have a mixture of mens and women’s in Bury.
What’s my customer ID?
Your Customer ID will be on your receipt and in the subject of your email it will say…
For example: Take Two #156 < the # number is your Customer ID
When you come in to collect, or see how your items are selling please bring your customer ID as it makes the process so much easier, thank you!
